We are seeking a Salesforce IT Business Analyst to join our Salesforce Team as part of our Information Technology (IT) department. This group supports all Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments and users. With your help, we can continue to Unlimit the possibilities!

What would I do?

As a Salesforce IT Business Analyst II, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and articulate business and stakeholder requirements for the entire Salesforce suite of products utilized (Financial Service Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud), as well as identify the solutions that will maximize the value delivered. This includes interviewing stakeholders, eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements, and communicating those requirements to Salesforce solution/development teams through story cards working in an Agile methodology.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Subject Matter Experts, peer Salesforce IT BAs, Developers and Software Quality Assurance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional business analysis experience.

• Experience gathering requirements, knowledge of different types of requirement methodologies (including Agile/Story Cards) and direct Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud business analysis is highly desired.

• Proven communication, modeling, analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, negotiation and influencing, and leadership skills.

• Strong technical/IT background (software development/analysis/architecture), experience using requirements management tools (TFS, MS Office, Visio, etc.), and general knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative).
