Supply Chain and Operations houses individuals who help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing, and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.

A Supply Chain Planning o9 Integration Architect that will help contribute, develop and grow our SC&O Planning business for the o9 Solutions platform.

At Accenture, Supply Chain and Operations Connected Solutions professionals develop and implement integrated supply and demand planning solutions that improve cost efficiency, increase business effectiveness, and create synergies and collaboration within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain. Supply Chain Planning leaders shape integrated planning and execution solutions that drive business growth while increasing supply chain resiliency.

• Drive technical design workshops on E2E Data Integration Architecture
• Share o9 Data Integration best practices and POVs to help clients make relevant Technical Design Decisions
• Define integration implementation roadmap aligned with program release plan
• Orchestrate data mapping of o9 data requirements with source data by coordinating across teams
• Help clients establish data quality management and data governance controls for implementing and sustaining the o9 solution
• Lead a team of integration developers to build o9 integration pipelines (inbound and outbound) as per the plan and load the data in o9
• Develop test strategy for System Integration Testing (SIT) and guide the team to prepare for and execute the same
• Oversee creation of project deliverables and artefacts like Technical Design Documents, Data Mapping Documents etc.
• Lead integration team across project phases like SIT, UAT, Business Simulation, Go Live and Hypercare till the integration solution is handed over for BAU operations.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in integrating o9 with ERPs like SAP ECC, SAP S/4, Oracle EBS or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6‑year work experience).

• Relevant hands‑on experience in creating data integration pipelines leveraging SFTP, APIs, Streaming, Database connectivity, etc.
• Evidence of leading o9 solutions implementation as an Integration Architect.
• Hands‑on experience in o9 Integration 3.0.
• Advanced understanding of o9 functional solution and Reference data models.
• Deep understanding of typical Supply Chain Planning Data sets for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Deployment Planning and Control Tower.
