IT Help Desk SpecialistInsight Global is seeking multiple IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team in Cincinnati, OH!
In this role, you’ll serve as a critical point of contact, managing inbound calls and emails related to facility work orders and troubleshooting reported issues with field technicians across the country. Your primary mission: safeguard our client’s stores against product loss by ensuring timely and effective service coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate service efforts between on-site technicians, store management, and internal teams.
- Navigate multiple systems and applications while managing high-volume tasks.
- Prioritize and triage work orders to maintain operational efficiency.
- 3+ years of level 2 or 3 Help Desk experience
- Triaging
- Ticket/Work Order prioritization
