Responsibilities- Lead and collaborate across Program, Technical, and Implementation teams to develop and manage a comprehensive cutover schedule, covering technical (reports, integrations, security), functional (HCM, Payroll, Finance, Procurement), and OCM (communications, change management, training) work streams.
- Oversee Workday HCM projects focusing on strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization, ensuring alignment with IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity.
- Manage day‑to‑day ERP Advisory engagement activities including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
- Field questions and escalations related to cutover activities, working with stakeholders to resolve issues and close open items.
- Coordinate with system owners, SMEs, and work streams to ensure cutover and system remediation deliverables are completed on time.
- Provide detailed reporting on cutover progress, challenges, and risks, and collaborate with project teams to develop mitigation strategies that support a successful go‑live.
- A minimum of three years of enterprise resource planning (ERP), HCM implementation, and upgrade experience.
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
- Completion of one full implementation with Workday HCM and Workday certification in HCM or Integration (Candidates without the required certification at hire must obtain it within three months).
- Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication‑quality level.
- Detailed understanding of ERP system concepts and general module functionality.
- Travel as required.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
