Opportunity

Our EPM team applies cutting‑edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to our clients. You will help clients navigate the complex world of Enterprise Performance Management through detailed process design and implementation support. We deliver exceptional client service, advising on how technology, finance process efficiency, and enterprise intelligence contribute to performance improvement, and how IT can act as a multiplying effect during major program transformations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of technical solutions, ensuring quality and managing operational risks.
  • Engage actively in delivery leadership, project management, and client interactions across all project phases.
  • Frequent travel to meet client needs and project requirements.
  • Resolve complex problems using proven methods and evaluative criteria.
  • Influence policy and procedural changes with potential broad business impact.
  • Provide direction and feedback to teams, contributing to performance evaluations and the hiring process.
Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver complex solutions.
  • Strong focus on maintaining quality and navigating operational risks.
  • Capability to manage budgets and project delivery effectively.
  • Experience building and managing client and commercial relationships.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a master’s degree.
  • Minimum of seven years’ experience providing complex consultative services in EPM, master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or BI reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle Consolidations, Oracle Planning, One Stream, Tagetik).
  • Strong working knowledge and perspective on evolving EPM concepts and practices.
  • Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value‑add solutions, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in roles such as financial analyst, FP&A support, systems admin for EPM solutions, strategic planner, implementation consultant, or cloud/data architecture.
  • Strong business skills including relationship management, commercial awareness, and communication.
  • Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree emphasis in finance, accounting, economics, business, computer science, MIS, or IT.
  • Strong ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration and client trust.
  • Proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
  • Experience leading diverse teams in dynamic environments.
