Description:
We’re looking for a Content Manager with a systems-driven mindset to lead the creation, maintenance, and governance of content for our internal AI Knowledge Center -a centralized hub for AI tools, documentation, best practices, and learning resources. This role ensures content is accurate, consistent, and accessible across the organization.
You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and engineers to design content strategies, define standards, and improve how AI knowledge is documented and shared. If you thrive in cross‑functional environments and have a passion for simplifying complex technical concepts, this role is for you.
Responsibilities Content Organization- Audit and structure existing technical documentation within the AI Hub.
- Develop and maintain a logical, user‑friendly information architecture.
- Standardize tagging, naming conventions, formatting, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to validate and improve content.
- Facilitate review cycles and incorporate feedback.
- Provide templates, style guides, and best practices for contributors.
- Edit and write technical guides, FAQs, onboarding materials, and best practices.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise content.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy across all AI‑related documentation.
- Manage version control and updates for evolving AI tools and documentation.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and accessibility standards.
- Optimize workflows, templates, and publishing processes.
- Implement Confluence automations and AI features to streamline contributions.
- Define and refine governance models, approval processes, and contributor enablement.
- Monitor content health and analytics to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- 5 years in content management, knowledge management, or technical writing for software, data science, or AI/ML projects.
- Proficiency in Confluence (including automations and AI features).
- Experience building centralized knowledge systems in technical environments.
- Familiarity with information architecture and structured content methodologies (taxonomy, tagging, metadata).
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to simplify complex information.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Technical background with strong familiarity with engineering and product terminology.
- Experience partnering with engineering, product, and design teams.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts or tools.
