UI Technical Lead (W2 Resource)

Role Description

• The UI Tech Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance in the development of UI-based applications, primarily designing and implementing user-centric interfaces that align with business objectives and deliver seamless customer experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• This role involves a combination of technical expertise, team leadership, project management skills, and collaboration, along with excellent communication skills.

• Expert-level proficiency in
  React and
  Type Script , with a strong portfolio of production SPAs.
• Deep understanding of
  SPA
  architecture patterns (component-based design, client-side routing, code splitting, lazy loading).
• Hands-on experience implementing
  MQTT protocol over
  Web Sockets
  for real-time, bidirectional communication.
• Solid grasp of state-management solutions such as
  Redux, Zustand, MobX
  , or equivalent.
• Familiarity with modern front-end tooling and practices:
  Webpack/Vite, Babel/ESBuild, Jest/React Testing Library, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills .

Strong communication and interpersonal skills:

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (e., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) .
• Angular, other JavaScript frameworks
