YourKey Responsibilities
- Spend time managing client engagement teams, working with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and managing business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
- Focus on effective management and delivery of technology solutions, ensuring quality and risk management.
- Engage in continuous process improvement and the identification of innovative solutions.
- Developing solutions to complex problems and recommending policy changes.
- Establishing procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function.
- Exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Fostering relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels and delivering quality client services within time frames and budget.
- Monitoring progress, managing risk, and keeping key stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Managing expectations of client service delivery.
- Staying up to date with current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
- Effectively managing and motivating client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
- Providing constructive on-the-job feedback and coaching to team members.
- Fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment; mentoring junior consultants.
- Cultivating and managing business development opportunities; maintaining long-term client relationships and networks.
- Assisting in the strategy and implementation of EPM tools, processes and transformational solutions.

- A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)
- Typically, 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting
- Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Oracle PBCS/ePBCS, One Stream, Tagetik)
- Strong working knowledge of evolving concepts and practices for EPM
- Proven ability to translate business challenges into value-add solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Backgrounds including:
Financial analyst/FP&A support, EPM system admins, long-range/strategic planning, implementation consulting - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent oral and written communication
- Willingness to travel to meet client needs
- Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT preferred
- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package, with salary ranges: US-wide $139,100 to $254,900; NYC Metro/Washington State/CA (excluding Sacramento) $166,900 to $289,700; salaries set by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography; includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and paid time off options.
