SAP Basis Technical Analyst

We are looking for a skilled SAP Basis Technical Analyst responsible for performing day-to-day technical tasks for a project. The role involves Production SAP environments, system monitoring, issue resolution, and providing technical support for SAP solutions across all production stacks.

• Provide technical input for all maintenance requests and change management.
• Perform all activities related to technical maintenance and administration of SAP environments.
• Provide SAP HANA support.
• Provide SAP DBA and limited OS support as it relates to the SAP Landscape.
• Provide proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of the SAP Landscape.
• Develop and maintain appropriate documentation for system activities and ensure change control is followed as necessary.
• Participate in application updates and upgrade projects.
• Perform system refreshes.
• Conduct performance tuning.
• Participate in on‑call support rotation.
• Handle technology issues and, when necessary, escalate to expert level help.
• Execute projects when requested.
• Implement process improvement measures within the environment.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Production SAP environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a single area: SAP Basis R/3, SAP Basis Net Weaver, SAP Basis BW, SAP Basis XI/PI, SAP Basis SCM, SAP Portals, SAP ECC 6.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in RDBMS Management.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with an Operating System / knowledge of system commands and structures.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If an Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6 years’ work experience).

This is a hybrid role in either Cincinnati, OH or Tampa, FL and will require 3 days per week in the office.
