A Day in the LifeAs an Endpoint Technical Analyst
, you will play a key role in the configuration, security, and lifecycle management of Windows and macOS devices within a complex financial institution. This includes operational support of Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and JAMF Pro. Analytical and troubleshooting skills are a must. Candidates should possess the skills necessary to automate solutions and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional technical teams.
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager / Intune
- JAMF Pro
- Scripting (Power Shell, VBScript, shell)
