• Provide daily technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP users globally.
• Administer ERP system operations including user setup, troubleshooting, documentation, and training.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, system specifications, and validation materials.
• Perform unit testing, UAT, and assist in deploying system upgrades or enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to gather requirements and optimize workflows.
• Ensure compliance with IT, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ERP performance and business efficiency.

• 1+ year of ERP systems support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or NAV.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to train users and manage multiple priorities independently.

• Experience participating in ERP implementations or process improvement projects.
• Exposure to cross‑functional business processes (Finance, Operations, IT).
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and structured project work.
