Job Summary (Support Engineer – Cincinnati, OH)
- Provide expert technical support for AWS and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IDMC) platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in cloud-based environments.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize cloud solutions to ensure performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to address and resolve technical challenges.
- Document solutions, best practices, and system configurations to enhance organizational knowledge.
- Assist in deployments, upgrades, and migrations involving AWS and Informatica IDMC.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards and industry best practices.
- Work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
- Utilize strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Leverage 7–10 years of experience in technical support, cloud technologies, or data integration roles.
