About the role:

Are you passionate about cloud technology and automation? TQL is seeking a Cloud Engineer II to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you’ll develop, implement and support cloud-native and hybrid-cloud solutions that drive our business forward. You’ll work closely with Cloud Architects and cross-functional teams to ensure our systems are efficient, secure and scalable.

Develop, provision, monitor, and support cloud-native and hybrid solutions

Collaborate with Cloud Architects to design innovative infrastructure

Analyze business needs and propose conceptual solutions with supporting documentation

Create and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) modules (Terraform, Ansible)
Monitor systems in partnership with NOC/SOC teams to identify and resolve issues

Troubleshoot cloud workloads and support team members

Build and maintain both public cloud and hybrid cloud environments

What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience2-5 years of experience in cloud computing

Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure platform and services

Experience with IaC and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with diverse teams

Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Cloud and automation certifications highly preferred (Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes)
Dev Ops mindset and a passion for continuous improvement

Ability to communicate and influence at all levels, from new hires to executives

Desire to stay on top of emerging technologies
