Sr. Information Security Specialist

Job Description This position is responsible for the delivery of information technology security services and functions. Under limited supervision, the incumbent will perform all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction.

This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Cincinnati, OH or Lincoln, NE) and partially from home.

What you do:

Provides technical security expertise across information security tools in the environment.

Assists with the development and maintenance of security standards.

Participates in implementing ongoing management of security programs and information security tools.

Monitors information security tools to prioritize alerting.

Assists with troubleshooting, upgrading, and enhancing information security tools.

Provides security system support and incident response.

What you bring:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
1-3 years of related experience required.

CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or similar designations required.
