Job Description

Make a Difference Through Language – Cincinnati, OH

Are you fluent in English and Nepali? Join Affordable Language Services (Powered by Lango) and make a meaningful impact in your community by helping bridge language gaps in schools, hospitals, courts, and other essential services throughout the Cincinnati area.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in English and Nepali
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (I‑9 verification required)
• Willing to complete a background check and drug screening
• Vaccination records required for medical assignments (MMR, Varicella, COVID, TB, Flu)
• Reliable transportation to attend in-person appointments around Cincinnati, OH
• Interpretation experience or formal training is a plus, but not required
• Must complete a language proficiency test if not already certified

Position Details

• Independent contractor (1099) position.
• Flexible hours — you choose your availability (Monday to Friday preferred)
• On‑call opportunities available
