Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity for a mid‑level litigation associate in our Cincinnati or Columbus office. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of litigation experience representing financial institutions, with strong preference for those who have represented consumer mortgage loan servicers. Experience defending consumer claims (TILA, FCRA, RESPA, OCSPA, etc.), prosecuting foreclosures, and/or handling commercial loan workouts is a plus.

• Represent financial institutions in litigation matters.
• Defend consumer claims (TILA, FCRA, RESPA, OCSPA, etc.).
• Prosecute foreclosures.
• Handle commercial loan workouts.

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience with financial institutions.
• Strong academic background and excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ohio license to practice law and familiarity with Ohio state and federal court systems (required).
• License to practice in Kentucky and/or Indiana (plus).
