Paralegal – Legal Assistant

The Zamary Law Firm is seeking a Part-Time Paralegal/Legal Assistant.

This position offers flexible, part‑time hours (10–20 hours per week) and is ideal for students or anyone wanting to work while the kids are  office is located at 455 Delta Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio 45226.

• Research legal steps and assist the owner and Operations Manager with client matters.
• File and organize both computer and paper documents.
• Generate estate/probate forms and summarize medical transcript documentation.
• Enter daily time records using a computerized system such as Zola Suite.
• Answer phones with a pleasant, professional disposition.

• At least 2–3 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience, or current enrollment in a paralegal/legal program.
• Strong research skills, self‑motivation, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing effectively.
• Comfortable working independently and adapting to a flexible schedule to accommodate classes and exams.

Part‑time (10–20 hours per week). No benefits are offered for this position.
