One is pleased to be partnering with the Cincinnati office of a national law firm in their search for a Temporary Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of three years of commercial leasing experience. This is a terrific opportunity to work with a collegial and client-focused group of attorneys.
$65.00/hr - $75.00/hr
Responsibilities- Draft and negotiate retail leases (inline, pad sites, anchors, kiosks).
- Manage high-volume leasing pipelines for shopping centers, malls, and mixed-use developments.
- Work directly with leasing brokers, asset managers, property managers, and in-house counsel.
- Translate business terms into lease language and flag risk areas.
- Abstract leases for acquisitions, financings, or refinancing, and review existing leases for compliance, defaults, exclusives, and termination rights.
- At least three years of Commercial Real Estate attorney experience in either a law firm or corporate setting.
- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Extensive computer and database expertise.
- J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school and active bar licensure in any U.S. state.
