Associate Attorney

You will enjoy learning all stages of trial preparation and trial from start to finish and an opportunity to work with a seasoned team of experienced litigators.

• Defense litigation
• Trial preparation including strategy discussion, discovery, records review, client interview and witness preparation
• Research into complex litigation areas
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare and argue motions
• Active Ohio Bar license required

• Excellent writing and research skills
• Ability to think on feet and respond strategically
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to work independently and within a strong team

Compensation generally ranges from $130,000 per year to $180,000 per year, dependent upon experience.

• 1 or more years of related experience as an attorney
• JD and Ohio Bar License
