LHH is working with a reputable full‑service firm that has multiple offices in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. The firm is currently seeking TWO 1‑5 year Associates with litigation experience, ideally on the defense side. The role will focus on medical‑malpractice defense. Experience in med‑mal is not required. The firm has several Kentucky‑based large hospital/medical clients that they represent. These two Associates will have the opportunity to work closely with a handful of medical clients.
This Associate would be part of a large team consisting of Partners, another Associate, nurses, paralegals, and more. The Associate will also have an opportunity to work across offices in Ohio and Kentucky.
The role allows more involvement and meaningful participation in cases versus similar firms/roles.
The firm expects 1,800 billable hours per year.
This role must be based in the firm’s Northern Kentucky office.
The ideal candidate will possess Kentucky licensure. Dual licensure in Ohio and Kentucky will also be celebrated.
This role offers a base compensation of $125,000–$150,000.
For Associates exceeding 1,800 hours per year, the firm offers a generous year‑end bonus of $20,000+.
