Vaco is seeking a detail-oriented E-Discovery / Litigation Analyst to support legal teams with electronic discovery, document management, and litigation support. The ideal candidate has experience handling electronic data, organizing documents, and ensuring accurate and secure information management throughout the discovery process.

• Manage electronic discovery processes, including data collection, processing, review, and production.
• Use e-discovery software to organize, review, and analyze electronic documents.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, vendors, and internal teams to gather and preserve electronic information.
• Assist with document review, including identifying confidential and privileged materials.
• Analyze electronic records, including emails, documents, and other digital files.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of discovery activities.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, court orders, and client policies.
• Provide support and guidance on e-discovery tools and procedures.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining data accuracy.
