Medical Malpractice Paralegal

Paralegal - Medical Malpractice Cincinnati, OH | On-Site

Join a respected mid-sized plaintiff law firm in Cinci that's growing its Medical Malpractice team. We're seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in litigation and a passion for detail-oriented legal work.

• Support attorneys on complex medical malpractice cases
• Draft legal documents, discovery responses, and correspondence
• Organize medical records, expert files, and trial prep materials
• Manage case timelines from inception through trial
• Liaise with clients, providers, and expert witnesses

• 3+ years of experience in medical malpractice litigation
• Plaintiff experience preferred (not required)
• Deep knowledge of litigation procedures and trial prep
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
