Who They Are
We are working with a rapidly growing $80M+ manufacturer that is a leader in the custom products space. They are looking for a Supply Chain Manager role to bring structure and strategy to a supply chain function that does not currently have a formal sourcing strategy. While the title is Supply Chain Manager, this role is initially going to be more procurement, sourcing, and category‑management focused, not logistics‑driven.
The business is looking for someone who wants to build, influence, and make a name for themselves in a growing organization.
- Lead and mentor the purchasing team
- Develop and execute corporate sourcing strategies
- Oversee procurement of direct and indirect materials across all business units
- Identify and mitigate supply risks
- Bachelor's degree
- APICS certification preferred
- 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience
- Proven expertise in textiles
- ERP/MRP experience
