Janitorial Dayporter; Colerain Township - 1st Shift

Position: Janitorial Dayporter (Colerain Township - 1st Shift)

NSG, Inc. is currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Janitorial Cleaner for an office facility situated in Colerain Township. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.

* THIS POSITION STARTS ON FRIDAY 11/20/26*

Must have transportation to job site located in Colerain Township. This position is NOT on the bus line.

Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background check.

Must be able to work the following set of days/hours:

Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m.

- 5:00 p.m. (30 Hours Per Week)

Compensation:

• Competitive rate of pay: $16.00 per hour.
• Weekly pay every Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Clean offices, restrooms, break areas, stairwells, elevators, and lobbies according to schedule.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
• Restock restrooms and remove trash.
• Spot clean glass, walls, doors, and high-touch areas.
• Maintain water fountains, stainless steel, and other fixtures.
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Follow safety procedures, including wet floor signage and proper chemical use.

Qualifications:

• Experience using cleaning tools and supplies.
• Knowledge of cleaning practices and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Professional, polite, and dependable.

Work Conditions:

• Long periods of standing, bending, and moving.
• Must clock in/out at site phone and return issued keys/phone at end of shift.
• Breaks only in designated areas (not tenant spaces).
