Competitive salary: $54,000 - $57,000 / $64,000 - $69,000 per annum.

• Responsible for overall profitability of projects, ensuring proper timelines and requirements are met.
• Ensure billing, change orders, collections completed in a timely manner; keep management updated on project issues.
• Review job cost, status, manpower and change order reports; conduct monthly cost reviews to reflect profitability.
• Communicate and troubleshoot with project superintendents, construction managers, general contractors, project managers, administrative assistants, and other departments via meetings, memos, and emails.
• Coordinate proper manpower and equipment for each job.
• Oversee buyout process, job-closeouts, and project change orders.
• Conduct or attend weekly job‑site visits and meetings.
• Ensure proper job setup, contract review, estimated costs, and schedule of values are completed timely and accurately.
• Generate project manager reports and attend management meetings as appropriate.
• Track submittals, generate purchase orders, and negotiate subcontracts and purchases for each project.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 5 years commercial plumbing/mechanical experience.
• Minimum 3 years prior project management experience.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of general plumbing and piping installation.
• Good math, basic computer skills, detail oriented.
• Strong organizational, general accounting, verbal and written communication skills.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor’s in business, engineering or equivalent preferred).
• Journeyman plumber license or equivalent experience.

• Capable of climbing off/on equipment and ladders; able to walk job sites.

• Valid driver’s license.
