Position Overview

Communi Care’s Home Health (HH) and Hospice Divisions are seeking a dynamic, high-engagement Senior Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of working closely with executive leadership. The ideal candidate will blend strong project management acumen with executive assistant-level organizational support—someone who can not only execute complex projects but also interface confidently with senior executives, including the CEO, COO, and executive directors.

The ideal individual demonstrates executive presence, tact, and interpersonal skill to communicate across departments and leadership levels, supporting multiple initiatives and ensuring that projects are completed with precision and professionalism.

Core Responsibilities
  • Serve as project manager for senior leadership, overseeing initiatives spanning Home Health and Hospice operations.
  • Support executive leadership (CEO, DCO, CFO, VP of Sales, etc.) through coordination, scheduling, and cross-department communication.
  • Draft and distribute project scopes to directors and ensure documentation is submitted in advance of project start dates.
  • Maintain a proactive, “bird-dogging” approach—following up consistently to ensure milestones are met and deliverables stay on track.
  • Coordinate and oversee internal meetings; prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure relevant team members are included in communications.
  • Oversee executive correspondence and mail, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
  • Support leaders with follow-ups, project documentation, and cross-functional communications.
  • Utilize quantifiable measures to monitor project progress, report risks, and communicate outcomes to leadership.
  • Develop strong working relationships across Communi Care facilities and support integration between HH and Hospice divisions.
  • Facilitate training documentation, interdepartmental coordination, and process standardization across project teams.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with a multifaceted scheduling skill set and strong attention to detail.
  • High personal engagement and confidence interacting with executives.
  • Demonstrated success in navigating multi-layered organizations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proven ability to initiate and sustain effective communication within and across teams.
  • Executive-level presence with the ability to handle sensitive information and situations with decorum.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and proactive; capable of balancing competing priorities.
  • “Khyla clone” – someone who exemplifies grace under pressure, operational follow-through, and team support.
  • Strong interpersonal instincts; able to “read the room” and adapt communication style accordingly.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of project management and/or executive support experience, preferably within healthcare, home health, or hospice operations.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating across departments and working directly with senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management platforms, and scheduling tools.
  • Exceptional writing, documentation, and communication skills.
