We’re partnering with a Fortune 500 company and nationally recognized brand to find an experienced SEC Manager who will lead external reporting and compliance efforts. In this role, you’ll ensure accurate and timely SEC filings, collaborate with senior leadership, and contribute to a culture of excellence and integrity. • Prepare and review SEC filings, including 10‑K, 10‑Q, and other required disclosures.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal policies.
• Partner with internal teams and external auditors to support reporting processes.
• Research and resolve complex technical accounting issues.
• Drive process improvements and reporting automation initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• CPA designation required (or equivalent).
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including SEC reporting.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in a public company environment preferred.
