We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Service Operations Manager search in the Cincinnati, OH area.
Responsibilities- Lead service operations within the power and heavy equipment division
- Ensure superior customer and employee relations to support above‑average performance metrics.
- Oversee operations in alignment with annual budget projections.
- Collaborate with other leadership to manage the budget according to forecasts, objectives, and company policies.
- Achieve gross profit and PADE (Profit After Direct Expenses) objectives.
- Supervise and develop necessary manpower to maintain a functional division aligned with company policies and forecasts.
- Oversee execution of an annual training program for the division.
- Maintain exceptional customer relations and ensure high‑quality cooperation and communication with all company departments.
- Proven experience in managing a service department specializing in power equipment, heavy construction machinery, or agricultural equipment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing departmental budgets and timelines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
