Our client seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee cross-functional projects in the Industrial Equipment Manufacturing industry. This role will manage product launch, installation, and customer close-out of Capital Projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget performance, and meeting project requirements.

• Manage cross-functional projects to successful outcomes
• Ensure project timing, budget, and scope are met
• Manage project risk and scope changes
• Provide direction for functional resources
• Support sales and purchasing teams
• Create and manage project schedules and budgets

• 10+ years of work experience with 5+ years of cross-functional project management experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven experience in capital equipment projects in machinery manufacturing, industrial automation or similar industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project experience a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and the ability to travel up to 40%

• Compensation Range is $125k-$145k annually with additional bonus incentive available.
