Our client is a successful A&E firm, and they are currently searching for an experienced Project Manager. This is a full-time/direct hire opening. Our client has been around since the late 1940’s and has never had a layoff. The average associate tenure is more than 10 years. There are several employees who started their career as a co-op and reached retirement, all with our client.

The current opening is for a Project Manager. Main duties include:

• Lead the overall direction of Company’s specialized design projects (industrial and commercial facility design/build)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Monitor project budgets
• Plan and monitor project status, resolve issues as they arise
• Resolve constraints or delays in projects

Qualifications include:

• B.S./B.A. degree required in Construction Management, Architecture, or similar
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related position
• Prior work experience dealing with contracts (design and construction), schedules, cost estimating
• Proven success developing client relationships
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented
• Travel to customer sites approximately 20% of the time
