* Minimum 5 years of sales operation background in FMCG industry
* Familiar with distributor management & project management with compliance mindset
* Process management experience and analytical thinking as a must
* Have a vision on “full picture”, capacity to influence others for alignment
* Proactive, dynamic, responsible, detail-focused & result-oriented
* Proficient in MS Office, especially with Word & Excel
* Fluid communication in both English and Mandarin
* Formal/legal documentation writing capability and basic financial know-how as a plus##### 1.
