Our growth is fueled by an extraordinary culture, a team that genuinely cares, and work that actually matters.

THE

OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our strategic services group and support pharmaceutical accounts across market access and health systems. In this role, you will be a crucial day-to-day partner for brand teams working in dermatology and vaccines, managing the full lifecycle of print and digital assets designed for payors and health system leaders. You will own timelines, manage budgets, keep cross-functional teams aligned, and make sure every project lands on time and on brief.

This is a role for someone who is organized without being rigid, proactive without being overbearing, and confident enough to hold a project together when things get complicated.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own the full project lifecycle from scoping through delivery, including developing statements of work, project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Manage day-to-day operations across a high volume of simultaneous projects with accuracy and urgency
  • Work with internal teams to deliver projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies, including sprint planning and milestone forecasting
  • Collaborate daily with multifunctional teams across client services, strategy, market intelligence, technology, and creative
  • Lead internal status meetings and assist with external ones; capture clear notes, assign action items, and own all follow-up
  • Assign tasks to shared services and oversee their timely completion
  • Coordinate internal reviews and quality assurance efforts to ensure accuracy and quality in every deliverable
  • Critically review statements of work to validate accuracy of assumptions and pricing
  • Prevent scope creep by keeping projects within the parameters defined in the scope of work
  • Participate in resource scheduling to support efficient team allocation
  • Identify and lead initiatives to improve departmental efficiency, productivity, and quality
  • Support the training, development, and mentoring of colleagues
  • Document lessons learned, update best practices, and share insights across the team
  • Embrace continuous learning and contribute to agency and department growth
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must-Haves
  • 1 to 2 years of pharma agency or in-house agency experience in a PM or Senior PM role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality
  • Proficiency with project management software (Workfront strongly preferred)
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working within agile and waterfall project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of and experience with the pharmaceutical submission and approval process
  • Strong organizational skills and an obsessive attention to detail
  • East coast availability, working roughly 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET
Big Pluses
  • Experience supporting market access, health systems, or payer-focused marketing
  • Familiarity with print and digital asset production in a pharma marketing context
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, or MS Office in addition to Workfront
  • Background supporting both brand and field-force projects
Education

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required. Equivalent combinations of education and directly relevant experience will be considered.

Travel note:
Some on-site client travel may be required for workshops, approximately 1 to 2 times per year.
