You'll coach and motivate a team of merchandising associates, build real relationships with retail managers and brand partners, and see the direct results of your leadership in sales. And you'll do it with the backing of North America's leading business solutions provider, where we grow people, brands, and businesses.## What You'll Do
* ** Lead and develop a team.
** Coach associates, set clear expectations, and help them hit their goals.
* ** Make stores shine.
** Run store audits and make sure products are stocked, signed, faced, and set to schematic.
* ** Build relationships.
** Be the trusted point of contact for clients and store teams, and schedule work appointments.
* ** Partner with the business.
** Work alongside Business Development Managers, Brands, and Retail Managers to hit shared targets.
* ** Manage your budget.
** Keep expenses in line with your team's budget.
* ** Keep things moving.
** Stay on top of communication and admin so your team always knows what's next.## What You Bring
* 4 years of retail experience, including 2 years supervising others
* A knack for motivating people and a competitive streak
* Strong written and verbal communication
* The ability to juggle shifting priorities and tight deadlines without dropping the details
* Comfort with Microsoft Office
* An Associate's degree is a plus, but not required if you have the experience## What's In It for You
