Our Convenience Store Multi-Unit General Managers made an average of $12,000 in bonus last year!!!! Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a company that is rapidly growing? Then we have the opportunity that you’ve been looking for!! Currently, we are seeking a hardworking, results-driven Convenience Store General Manager. Do you have a passion for outstanding customer service?
Store General Manager Responsibilities:
- Setting and meeting goals for service, operations, and financial results
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards
Maintaining property and equipment - Inspecting and adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Performing front-line customer service
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of retail business management practices
- Proven organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven reliability and high personal integrity
- Experience in convenience store management is preferred
