Shop Foreman (CIN) - Feldkamp Mechanical

We are hiring for a Shop Foreman responsible for overseeing all aspects of the fabrication shop to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The role requires a hands-on leader with extensive experience in sheet metal fabrication and hydronic piping, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

• Supervise and train a team of fabricators.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily shop activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
• Fabricate and assemble custom sheet metal ductwork and fittings.
• Fabricate and weld hydronic piping systems (steel, copper, PVC).
• Operate and maintain a variety of fabrication equipment, including shears, brakes, rollers, and welding machines.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies.
• Collaborate with project managers and field crews to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC fabrication, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Expertise in sheet metal fabrication and welding.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and mentor less experienced team members.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
