Our Material Handler mixes and packages Company products, maintains inventory levels, and assists in shipping and receiving products and materials in the warehouse.

• Perform manual warehouse duties as assigned or advised.
• Load and unload company trucks, common carriers and customer vehicles using forklift and other required equipment.
• Ship and receive products according to company’s procedures and requirements.
• Assist in the maintenance of the warehouse facility.
• Serve on company’s in-plant or off-site emergency response team.
• Place hazardous materials or waste into appropriate containers.
• Receive, unload and place hazardous waste into storage, completing inspections and paperwork.
• Properly manage hazardous waste while inside container storage area or under company responsibility.
• Prepare for shipment and load hazardous waste destined for off-site recycling or disposal, completing paperwork and inspections.
• Perform blending of multiple products (splash blending) and packaging into drums and totes.
• Clean and maintain warehouse/tank farm and equipment.
• Adhere to company quality processes, as applicable.
• Assist to resolve product quality issues efficiently and timely, as applicable.
• Perform all other duties as required.
• Comply with all company policies, rules and guidelines.

• Ability to operate an industrial powered lift truck or forklift according to company procedures and governmental regulations.
• Ability to use and maintain respiratory protection equipment.
• Ability to learn proper methods for handling hazardous materials and wastes, with training.
• Physical ability to lift and carry at least 100 lb net bags for short distances.
• Ability to read, write, count, understand, and speak English.
• Physical ability to tilt back or break 800 lb net drums onto a dolly, as well as stand and walk for long periods.
• Test negative on the company’s drug tests.
