• Base salary: $50,000 – $62,500 per year
• Hourly: $22 – $24 based on experience
• Shifts:
  
  1st and 2nd shift available
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Thursday 10 hours per day, some Fridays; overtime available
• Weekly pay and level‑up bonuses

• Health insurance, vision, and dental after 90 days of employment
• Climate‑controlled facility

• Set up and operate CNC brake press machines
• Bend, form, and shape various metals
• Position and align dies
• Operate forklifts and overhead crane
• Read and interpret drawings for each task
• Maintain a clean and organized work station

• 2+ years of experience operating CNC machinery
• Proficiency reading blueprints and dimensions
• Read tape measure accurately
• Use of power tools and related equipment
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely
• Pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check
• Willingness to work overtime if needed
