CNC Machinist – Vertical Milling

We are currently seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our Vertical Milling Department. This is a great opportunity for experienced machinists who want steady work, a clean and fully air-conditioned shop, and the chance to be part of a tight-knit team that values quality and precision.

• Program, set up, and operate CNC vertical machining centers
• Machine precision parts to exact customer specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and part drawings
• Verify setups, dimensions, and tolerances before and during machining
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Edit G & M codes and work with 3- and 4-axis milling machines (FANUC controls)

• 3–5+ years of experience as a CNC machinist (not just operator)
• Strong background in CNC programming, setup, and operation
• Ability to run vertical machining centers with minimal supervision
• Comfortable in a low-volume, high-precision job shop environment
• Proficient in blueprint reading, measurement tools, and quality checks
• Experience with 3- and 4-axis milling, FANUC controls, and G/M code editing
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Competitive Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
