The Manufacturing Reliability Site Lead I will drive overall plant effort to improve OEE and deliver cost savings through building capability in Kellogg’s Work Systems methodologies, systems and tools. Kellogg’s Work Systems methodologies will include but are not limited to: safety of people and food, product quality, leadership and service the business, sources of loss, unit cost, and employee methods and performance.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Coach the Kellogg’s Work Systems center of excellence (COE) leaders and members
  • Maintain appropriate balance between short term business delivery and longer term strategic priorities
  • Train and coach Kellogg’s Work Systems leadership and management skills for all plant employees
  • Actively supports the teams in the KELLOGG’S WORK SYSTEMS/MANUFACTURING RELIABILITY activities
  • Supports extending the use of KELLOGG’S WORK SYSTEMS improvement tools within Quality, Safety, and Food Safety and for supporting the Manufacturing Reliability process

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering or technical or business field
  • Must have experience leading continuous improvement projects (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, KELLOGG’S WORK SYSTEMS, IWS, HPO).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
