CTL Aerospace is a full‑service NADCAP certified composite‑manufacturing company providing services to major aerospace and governmental organizations since 1946. CTL specializes in the manufacturing of Fiber Reinforced Polymer Structures.
We are seeking a talented professional to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment as a Layup Technician at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).
Job Responsibilities- Assembly & disassembly of part molds without damaging them.
- Part mold cleaning and preparation.
- Read and understand manufacturing plans pertaining to layup operations.
- Obtain material kits from the stockroom.
- Apply materials to molds per manufacturing plans.
- De‑mold cured laminates from molds.
- Bag parts for cure.
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
- HS Graduate or GED.
- Ability to interact with people on the shop floor, good social skills, and able to work with diverse work groups.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to cross‑train and work overtime as business needs require.
