Nightshift Maintenance Technician

Pay range: $26.00/hr – $30.00/hr (provided by OCTAL - an Alpek Polyester Business). Actual pay based on skills and experience.

We are seeking a skilled Night shift Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in plastic extrusion maintenance and work the night shift 6 pm‑6 am on a 2‑2‑3 12‑hour rotational schedule (working every other weekend, 3 days one week and 4 days the next).

• Perform routine maintenance on plastic extrusion equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Document maintenance and repair work in a computerized maintenance management system.
• Work with production personnel to ensure equipment is running efficiently.
• Assist with equipment installations and upgrades.

• Experience in plastic extrusion maintenance.
• Ability to work the night shift.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
