Operator - Maintenance Technician

Overview

Our client, a leader in sustainable industrial solutions, is seeking an Operator - Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an Operator - Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the maintenance and operation of essential equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Job Title: Operator - Maintenance Technician

• Location: Cincinnati, OH

• Pay Rate: $32.50

• Shift: 6am-2pm; 10am-7pm - Flexibility needed while they create the work schedules

• Operate and maintain all equipment associated with the primary service line

• Assist in operating and maintaining other service line equipment as needed

• Drive company vehicles with a valid license upon being hired on by Client.

• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and record-keeping if applicable

• Communicate effectively with management and customer representatives regarding job status

• Ability to operate industrial equipment safely and efficiently

• Strong communication skills for reporting and coordination

• Valid driver’s license for vehicle operation

• Willingness to work OT on weekends as business demands

• Basic understanding of safety and environmental regulations
