CTL Aerospace is a full service NADCAP certified composite-manufacturing company providing services to the major aerospace and governmental organizations since 1946. CTL specializes in the manufacturing of Fiber Reinforced Polymer Structures.

We are seeking talented professionals to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment as a Senior Lab Technician for our NADCAP approved captive laboratory at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).

• Responsible for all mechanical and physical testing performed in support of products manufactured by CTL including but not limited to receiving testing of purchased materials; shelf‑life extension testing and in‑process “go‑by” testing.
• Support as needed for internal/external quality requirements to ensure the test lab functions meet NADCAP, AS and customer requirements and expectations.
• Collaborate with quality personnel to implement procedures, systems, and standards of operation.
• Support CTL for NADCAP, AS and customer audits of the test lab.
• Assist with establishing procedures and processes for sampling, recording, and reporting of quality data.
• Conduct and monitor the analysis of test data to ensure compliance with set specifications.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of quality tests and other quality‑related activities.
• Collect and compile relevant quality statistical data.
• Maintain a safe working environment and observe all safety precautions in the shop environment.
• Demonstrate strong time‑management skills.
• Be an effective listener and communicator.
• Other duties as assigned.

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
• Strong analytical, writing and communication skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Able to work in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
