Need to Know:
- Temp to Hire
- M-F, 7 AM - 3:30 PM (no required overtime)
- $23 - $28/hour

Qualifications:
- Proficient in identifying raw materials, selecting appropriate tooling, and utilizing work-holding devices.
- Skilled in using precision measuring tools, including micrometers, dial calipers, indicators, and edge finders.
- Capable of interpreting blueprints and procedural instructions to machine parts accurately while ensuring quality control.
- Experienced with Haas controls, G & M codes, and setting tool lengths and work offsets; familiarity with the “A” axis is a plus.
- Ability to inspect parts against specifications and make necessary tool offset adjustments.
- Experience with Gibbs Cam programming is beneficial.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment, standing for extended periods, and handling physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED required; a technical school certificate or degree is preferred.
- 5–7 years of machine shop experience is strongly preferred.
