Stanton Millworks is looking for a Millwork Finisher who takes pride in precision, consistency, and craftsmanship. • Finish casework, millwork, and specialty items in a shop‑based environment.
• Apply spray‑on and wipe‑on stains, clear finishes, and opaque paints with precision.
• Sand, stain, paint, and finish surfaces to meet quality and aesthetic standards.
• Formulate, document, and maintain accurate finish formulas in an organized system.
• Develop, stage, and maintain finish samples and the finish library.
• Operate, maintain, and clean spray‑finishing equipment and related tools.
• Track and maintain a running list of finishing materials used on each project.
• Maintain a high level of quality awareness and take ownership of finished work.
• Follow all OSHA, EPA, ODH, and company safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in accident or incident investigations when applicable.
• Continuously develop skills and knowledge related to finishing methods, tools, and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Woodwork finishing, minimum 2 years’ experience.
• Must be able to lift, pull, push, and carry 70 lbs. or more.
• Ability to perform and train on all jobs.
• Knowledge of formulating various finishes and procedures (stain, water‑based & oil formulas, polyurethane, etc.).
