Prototype Assembly Technician – $20/hr | Monday–Friday, 7:30AM–4PM

As a key part of our prototype development team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Hand Preparation of Raw Materials: Measuring and cutting various materials with hand tools to exact specifications.
• Prototype Assembly: Layering, trimming, and assembling components with extreme precision.
• Product Modification: Disassembling and reassembling plant‑produced and purchased products using new materials.
• Equipment Operation: Operating specialized equipment, monitoring parameters like pressure, temperature, and stroke length.
• Inspection & Packaging: Conducting manual inspections, sorting, labeling, and packaging of prototype products.

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow precise instructions and dimensional specifications
• Comfortable working with hand tools and machinery
• Willingness to learn and undergo equipment‑specific training
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
