** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate terminal equipment and systems to ensure safe, efficient product handling and distribution.
* Coordinate truck, rail, and/or vessel loading activities while maintaining service excellence.
* Conduct routine inspections, housekeeping, and preventative maintenance tasks to support terminal operations.
* Monitor inventory, complete operational records, and maintain accurate documentation.
* Promote and follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.##
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to safely perform terminal, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing operational needs.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills with a customer-focused mindset.
* Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn and operate terminal equipment, systems, and technology.
* Commitment to safety, reliability, accountability, and operational excellence.##
** Work Environment
*** Work is performed in an active terminal environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment.
* Position may require standing, walking, climbing, lifting, and working at heights or in confined spaces as needed.
* Availability to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, holidays, or shift work, based on operational requirements.
* Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and provided in accordance with company safety standards.##
