Full Time Weekly Pay

Full-time, consistent daytime schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM–3:45 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM–11:30 AM
• No evenings or weekends!

Hands-on training provided

Centrally located Cincinnati-area workplace

Learn practical production and equipment skills

• Assist with printing, bookbinding, assembly, and finishing projects
• Learn to operate production machinery, tools, and equipment
• Measure, cut, assemble, and inspect materials
• Read a ruler, follow measurements, and work from written instructions
• Perform basic math to ensure accurate production
• Check finished products for quality and accuracy
• Package, lift, and organize materials and completed products
• Help keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Make minor equipment adjustments and troubleshoot routine issues
• Work with your teammates to complete projects on time.

• Enjoys hands-on work and has a mechanical mindset
• Likes working with tools, equipment, or DIY projects
• Can read a ruler and perform basic math
• Pays attention to detail and takes pride in quality work
• Is dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Can follow verbal and written instructions
• Can safely lift and move up to 40 pounds
• Can learn to work independently and solve routine problems
