This is a full-time, in-office position based in Cincinnati, Ohio area

Starting at $22.00 per hour to $30.00 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise.

General Operators & Maintenance Technicians Total Bonus of $1500

Specialized Operators Total Bonus $2500

• Digital Press Operation & Setup
• Print Quality & Color Management
• Production Efficiency & Workflow Management
• Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Quality Inspection & Job Verification
• Collaboration with Production, Prepress, and Finishing Teams

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating digital printing equipment in a manufacturing or commercial print environment.
• Experience reading and interpreting work orders, job tickets, and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience working with production software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the shift.

• Experience with in printing, packaging, labels, POP displays, direct mail, or related manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of color management, quality control standards, and print finishing processes.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance on digital press equipment.
• Familiarity with EFI Fiery, print workflow software, or digital front-end systems.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling and lean manufacturing practices.
