Digital Press Operator / Lead - 2nd Shift Your Experience Pays OFF at KDM- Earn Up to $2,500 in Stay Bonuses
KDM is hiring experienced Digital Press Operators and Lead Operators to join our 2nd Shift production team. In this role, you'll operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize digital printing equipment used to produce retail graphics, POP displays, signage, banners, decals, and other marketing materials. We're looking for candidates with digital print production experience, strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM Pay: Starting at $24.00+ per hour , based on experience Digital Press Operation & Print Production- Produce high-quality graphics, signage, banners, and POP displays
- Perform machine setup, preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
- Monitor print quality and color consistency
- Support efficient production flow and on-time job completion
- Complete work orders and production records accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with training and supporting team members as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve quality and productivity
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience operating digital press, print production, or manufacturing equipment
- Experience in printing, graphics, signage, POP displays, or manufacturing
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work 2nd Shift
- Inca, EFI VUTEk, or similar digital press experience
- Lead Operator, Trainer, or Team Lead experience
- Quality control and color management experience
